Online Ordering Policy
If ordering from my Etsy Store:
I accept PayPal.com and Etsy's Direct Checkout. THANK YOU for prompt payment immediately for your purchase! You can still use Paypal even if you do not have a paypal account. Please see: http://www.etsy.com/help/article/361
Please double check that your Etsy/Paypal account information reflects your current address so that shipped orders will reach you on time.
OHIO residents will be charged sales tax on items purchased.
CUSTOM ORDERS: For Custom Orders, message me using the request custom order button so I can give you a free consultation regarding what you would like and create a custom listing for you. After creating a Custom/Reserved listing for you to click on I will send it to you. Then, I'll get to work and get them made as quickly as possible! I will also keep you notified of the progress of your order!
Standard time for custom orders is up to 1 week for production time, then shipping time on top of that. If you have a deadline that needs to be met, please message me BEFORE ordering so that I can confirm that I can meet that deadline.
I SHIP USPS (U.S. Postal Service)
I ship your product(s) as quickly as possible after receiving payment. This is usually within a day or two, unless it's an order I have to produce for you.
For any country outside of the US please contact me prior to buying and I will update with appropriate shipping costs.
Custom, "Made to Order," Items: Please allow up to a week for production time and then shipping time on top of that!
PLEASE NOTICE: I keep my shipping costs as low as possible by sometimes reusing clean boxes, bubble wrap, plastic, etc., and I do add a small amount for packaging your items safely, sometimes using new purchased boxes, and always taking to the post office.
I will "refund" some Shipping Charges, if they are grossly more than my costs for packaging and mailing. I try to keep our costs as low as possible!

Refunds and Exchanges
I wrap very well, but sometimes, even with the best packing and packaging, things happen, so if something gets damaged, PLEASE keep all the packaging and pieces, as I'll need to present a photo of the damages to the Post Office Please notify me as quickly as you can. I'm usually on the computer often during the day! Thanks so much!
On very rare occasions, the Post Office has asked customers to bring in the damaged item and packaging, for them to see.
In the event you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your item arrives damaged, I will gladly work with you to refund or replace the item. Please contact me within seven (7) days of delivery confirmation to work on a refund or exchange. Buyer assumes all responsibility of return shipping costs.
Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please notify me, if you have a problem or concern of any kind with your item(s). I value the goodwill of my customers.
